On November 16, the “Introduction to IT Service Management (ITSM)” seminar was held by our General Manager Muratcan İğdeli at the Bilkent University, CTIStalks event. While conveying our experiences to all students who are interested in the world of informatics or who have corporate career goals in the IT field, we talked to the academicians about the present and future of the ITSM world.
